Beyond grateful is an understatement.

REALLY thankful for the opportunity to help out at the  hospital. It’s a nice change of scenery & an amazing chance to HELP. There are so many patients without COVID-19 that NEED love and care... &  there are several patients that do have this virus that NEED love and care as well. Not going to lie…the very first time I had the privilege of helping a patient with COVID-19 there may have been one ounce of fear in me… BUT for the BRIEF second that it existed, I kept thinking “FAITH OVER FEAR”... and that I HAVE A MISSION here on this earth to HELP people and bring JOY to them and I BELIEVE that I’m supposed to constantly pursue that mission... whether or not it’s related to speech pathology work, voice clinic work, VOXFIT work, and/or fitness work… I KNOW my MISSION is to HELP and bring JOY to others… So I will ALWAYS choose FAITH over fear and I will be so incredibly grateful for the opportunities I have to help others. .

Everyday is an opportunity to HELP someone, to be the LIGHT, to share JOY, to go ahead and make an extra effort that may go unnoticed by many, and to choose FAITH over fear. To follow your MISSION. To make a difference.  And if you’re not sure how to start, try to simply BE THE VERY THING YOU NEED TODAY. If you need a friend, be a friend. If you need to feel loved, give love to someone else. If you need prayers, start praying for others. .
