The #PRIORITIZEYOURVOICE GLOBAL VOICE CHALLENGE is finished!

WOW!!! What an incredible 22 days it has been journeying through the #prioritizeyourvoice Global Voice Challenge!! To be honest, I think it went by fast!! I am so grateful for all of you who participated & committed to creating & solidifying a new vocal habit of prioritizing your voice daily (& in doing so have inspired others to do the same!).  I love this movement of vocal encouragement that we have created & I love hearing that many of you plan on continuing this practice.

Maintaining a habit of prioritizing your voice is of utmost importance as an occupational voice user. If you want your instrument to “work”, be reliable, & grow into all you imagine it can be to fulfill your mission, it’s actually ALL about PRIORITZING the health, efficiency, fitness, rest, dynamics, & conditioning of your voice…your vocal instrument. No one can prioritize it but you. There are many things that will try & fill your day, stress you out, make you forget about the importance of resetting the voice throughout the day or the importance of a “no compromise” attitude towards hydration, but through all this (& ALL the other “distractions”), it’s top priority to PRIORITIZE your voice.

HUGE congrats to all the 24 people who started the challenge… & an even BIGGER CONGRATS to the 17 people who completed ALL 22 DAYS!!!!
