I am eternally GRATEFUL for EVERY day I wake up and get to call ALL the “things I do” everyday a CAREER. My career(s). And the way(s) I can share my GIFTS and GIVE BACK in efforts to make the lives of others BETTER. “The things you are passionate about are not random, they are your calling” (Fabienne Fredrickson).

They are my PASSIONS and PURPOSE; they are what DRIVE me and INSPIRE me. And I am so INSPIRED by the many lives I am BLESSED to interact with every day. From public speaking to medical speech pathology/voice clinical work, to teaching and coaching a variety of fitness methods, to doing research, to being involved in the sports/media industries, to vocal coaching, to traveling and training occupational and professional voice users…… The career(s) I have evolved into are directly because of WHO I AM. My paths have all crossed into one beautiful connected ONE and for that I am GRATEFUL and LIT UP EVERY day. “If you can’t figure out your purpose, figure out your passion…For your passion will lead you right into your purpose” (Bishop T.D. Jakes). I LOVE to share my experience, knowledge, insight, inspiration, and passions with others; I love to inspire patients and clients alike to PRIORITIZE their HEALTH, PRIORITZE their VOICE, and become their best self (as an occupational voice user, as someone committing to a health/fitness journey, and as someone striving to grow into the best version of themselves).

This reel audio rang SO true for me because I HAVE something to be EXCITED about EVERYday I wake up that gives me PURPOSE. I am grateful to also know YOU through these passions of mine and look forward to our continued journeys together.

Are YOU on a MISSION? “Does a FIRE burn inside you? Do you HAVE a mission? What is it? What MOTIVATES you? If it is fear of failure, let that emotion go. What powers you everyday? Or are you going through the motions, allowing "whatever" to just "happen"? Or are YOU taking ownership of your life and your mission? Are you AWARE that you can bring your MISSION to fruition and press on towards the GOALS you have for yourself? What's holding you back? Do you know? Have you written down goals for yourself lately? And if you have, but it's been awhile... is it time to EDIT? YOU are the creator of your own masterpiece. You literally HOLD.THE.PEN. Edits are allowed. BIG ideas are allowed. A "cross out" and "revamp" is allowed. Take time to re-assess where you are, get re-INSPIRED, and keep finding that path that encourages your positive mindset and empowered self to get re-ignited, collect momentum, and thrive! YOU are in control of your own life and destiny. THAT is so powerful. BE INSPIRED.

What's your MISSION? DO YOU KNOW? How can you use your VOICE to positively impact that mission and others? DO YOU REALIZE the POWER you have in your VOICE?...DO YOU KNOW that it is the only thing that can reach out and TOUCH SOMEONE without physically touching them at all? Do you realize the monumental IMPACT that your VOICE can have in motivating someone, inspiring someone, educating someone, and/or empowering someone?!
